My academic background in Religion Pedagogy provided me with valuable knowledge about mental health problems and learning disabilities. Alongside my personal journey, I've gathered valuable insights from NHS staff and my psychologist, who graciously allowed me to share the information they provided.
This collaborative effort has not only helped me manage my own mental health but also fueled my passion to support others facing similar challenges. Additionally, I am the author of "Happy: Emotional Colouring," a book designed to bring joy and relaxation through creativity.
